XINOS
Eligibility Requirements:

Female student in grades 9-12
-
Maintain at least a "C" GPA

Demonstrate good character

Volunteer in community service, youth groups, civic organizations, tutoring sessions, intergenerational services, mentor younger children and other service-oriented activities.
Membership Intake Period
The Membership Intake Period constitutes the time when prospective XINOS complete the period of orientation to the organization. During this phase, candidates study a variety of materials designed to acquaint them with the organization and to increase their knowledge and skills during a five week or longer instructional period (usually between August and October). A significant part of this period is the participation of the prospective XINOS in a worthwhile community or volunteer project.
Membership Responsibilities​
Once a candidate is inducted into the XINOS, she must pledge to be an active participant in XINOS activities including but not limited to:

attend regular meetings and actively participate in programs

payment of dues and financial obligations

attend conferences
-
continue to demonstrate exemplary academic achievement and good moral character
-
willingness to become mentor younger students
